Do I need to pay a deposit for ice pads and a cooler bag?

Yes, you need to pay a refundable deposit of AED 200 on your first subscription. We will assign you 2 cooler bags that must be returned at the end of your subscription, in order to get your refundable deposit of AED 200 back.

What time do you deliver the meals?

We have daily deliveries, and our morning slots are: 3 am to 7:30 am or 9 am to 1 pm, and evening slot is: 2 pm - 6 pm. We don't provide exact timings.

Which Emirates do you deliver to?

All UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaima, Fujairah, Ajman)

Can I remove some ingredients from my plan?

You can select up to 4 ingredients on your online dashboard. If you want to customize your meals regarding specific diet or nutritional requirements, our nutritionist will contact you to share a customized plan.

Can I change my delivery address?

For any location/ delivery address change, you can update it from your dashboard through the website. We require a 48h notice for any change in the delivery location.

Can I pause my plan if I'm travelling?

Yes, you can. You'll have to notify us through WhatsApp or through your online dashboard. To pause or resume your subscription, we require a notification period of two working days (48 hrs) in advance.
