TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • "Zahrat Al Wadi Cafe" maintains the www.energymealplans.com Website ("Site").

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and www.energymealplans.com policies and rules.

  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.


DEFINITION:

  • Two Thermal Bags will be assigned per client.

  • Thermal Bags have to be returned every day to avoid delivery in a paper bag.

  • Energy Meal Plans team will send a reminder to the client in case of failure to return the Thermal Bags. If bags aren’t returned three days in row, the plan will be paused until all bags are returned from the client.

  • Thermal Bags are the property of Energy Meal Plans and must be returned 24 hours before the end of the plan.

  • We charge a refundable deposit of AED 200 on your first order.

  • A bag collection fee of 30 AED will be deducted from the refundable deposit if we have to collect the bag after the plan has already ended. However, if the bag is never returned to us, we will charge the full amount of the refundable deposit (AED 200).

  • The client forfeits the refundable deposit in a case of loss or damage to the Thermal Bag.

  • Cooler Bag Deposit Refund takes up to 15 Working Days to process.

  • Two ice packs per Thermal Bag are provided with each delivery and should be returned every day.

  • The last delivery may be done in a paper bag.

  • The plan must be consumed within 50 days. (The total of consumed days and paused days should not exceed 50 days in total).

  • The client can pause the plan ONE time during the plan, unless SPECIFIED BEFORE starting the plan and agreed with the account manager.

  • Energy Meal Plans reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • For any changes in the location, delivery timing, Meal plan amendments, we require a 48h notice. If the customer fails to notify us 48h in advance regarding the pause of the plan, the day will be deducted from the total number of deliveries.


CONDITIONS:

  • By purchasing at Energy Meal Plans client agrees to the T&Cs

  • Please note that our WELCOME10 promocode is for the full monthly plan only. Our General Promo Codes only applies to the full combo.

  • All clients who have completed their sign up are deemed to have agreed to these T&Cs from their registration until the end of their plan and upon renewal.

  • Energy Meal Plans considers any confirmation made online over the phone and email valid and binding

  • Energy Meal Plans reserves the right to send emails and SMS communications to all clients unless they have been unsubscribed or requested to unsubscribed.

  • Refund is not applicable on weekly meal plans.

  • Plans bought during special promotion (such as Ramadan offer, Valentine’s Day offer, women’s day offer etc.) are not eligible for refunds.


DELIVERY POLICY:

  • We provide free deliveries all over UAE to all our customers everyday. Shipping is done by a third-party courier company. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

  • Delivery is to be made based on the agreed start date, location, and timing.

  • Any changes to the client's delivery, be the location or the timings must be made 48 hours in advance; any last minute changes are subject to confirmation from the account manager

  • In the event that you are not able to receive/return the thermal bag, Energy Meal Plans cannot be held responsible for any missing items, bags or damages to the bag and the food inside (this include spoilage).

  • If bag are not returned on time and we have to deliver in a paper bag, Energy Meal Plans is not responsible for any spoilage or food quality issue


DISLIKES, ALLERGIES, PREFERENCES AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

  • Meal plans are amended according to the calorie and macronutrient ranges assigned for each type of meal plan.

  • Meal plans are amended according to, allergies of the client only. Energy Meal Plans will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to any food consumed with an allergen not informed prior to receiving food. It is advised to disclose all allergens before starting the plan.

  • The Energy Meal Plans kitchen does not have a dedicated gluten-free section. However, the whole team is well trained to ensure separation of gluten containing ingredients from the dishes of gluten-intolerant and celiac customers to reduce risks.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • Energy Meal Plans encourages all clients to fully commit on their plan as scheduled.

  • Switching plan during an active subscription leads to an extra fee.

  • Changing plans for less meal or less days does not lead to refund in money.

  • Should there be a request to cancel plan; it will take effect in 3 business days.

  • The amount refundable would be the meal plan total minus 5% VAT as per the Laws of UAE.

  • Cancellation Requests can only be done by sending a request email to info@energymealplans.com. Any refund requests done over a call, text message, WhatsApp, website chat, voice note etc will not be considered as an official and formal request/claim

  • Refund is only applicable within the first 5 days of our monthly plan. This means that you can only request for a refund within the first 5 days of a monthly meal plan. After 5 days of the plan, you will no longer be able to request for a refund on the monthly meal plan

  • Cancellation refund is only under extenuating circumstance and upon approval of Energy Meal Plans Management.

  • A 15 business days processing time with twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee will apply on the remaining number of days from the time of approval of the refund.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.


PRIVACY POLICY

  • Client acknowledges that Energy Meal Plans has the right to store personal information, which may be used to operate, provide the products and services, and respond to queries the client may have during and after their meal plan subscription.

  • Energy Meal Plans shares the delivery information of the client with our third-party logistics provider. Our logistics services provider is obligated to protect the client information and will not use for any promotion or marketing purposes.

  • All credit/debit cards details, and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to Our logistics services provider is obligated to protect the client information and will not use for any promotion or marketing purposes.


Disputes and website terms

  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

  • This website is owned and managed by Energy Meal Plans.

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
