Energy Meal Plans in Dubai - UAE
Energy Meal Plans encourages all clients to fully commit on their plan as scheduled.
Switching plan during an active subscription leads to an extra fee.
Changing plans for less meal or less days does not lead to refund in money.
Should there be a request to cancel plan; it will take effect in 3 business days.
The amount refundable would be the meal plan total minus 5% VAT as per the Laws of UAE.
Cancellation Requests can only be done by sending a request email to info@energymealplans.com. Any refund requests done over a call, text message, WhatsApp, website chat, voice note etc will not be considered as an official and formal request/claim
Refund is only applicable within the first 5 days of our monthly plan. This means that you can only request for a refund within the first 5 days of a monthly meal plan. After 5 days of the plan, you will no longer be able to request for a refund on the monthly meal plan
Cancellation refund is only under extenuating circumstance and upon approval of Energy Meal Plans Management.
A 15 business days processing time with twenty percent (20%) cancellation fee will apply on the remaining number of days from the time of approval of the refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
